Meg’s 2023 Word of the Year: PRESSURE – the use of persuasion, influence, or intimidation to make someone do something. We (Rachel and I) decided at the end of 2022 that we were ready for the challenge of next-level growth. What we’ve agreed to undertake will create a lot of pressure, and instead of being overcome, overwhelmed, or exhausted by that, I am going to embrace it. I’m excited for the pressure of success and growth in 2023!
