Hilary Blair is co-founder and CEO of ARTiculate: Real & Clear, a senior executive training firm that helps high performing clients become more extraordinary. Hilary knows that interpersonal communication is the number one skill needed for top performing leaders and teams. Clients leave her trainings invigorated and motivated to lead from new perspectives and with techniques to create change for themselves and others. She is on faculty for the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and has been adjunct faculty for several universities. She is an active member of NSA and former board member of the Colorado Chapter. She is a TedX speaker, and a former board member of VASTA. Hilary is certified in Conversational Intelligence (CiQ) and CultureTalk and has earned the designation of Certified Speaking
Professional (CSP). She holds an MFA in acting from the National Theatre Conservatory in Denver, CO and a BA in Adolescent Psychology from Yale University.
